Club Sport CSR Elite looses throttle calibration during use

Hello Everyone,


My CSR Elite pedals loose calibration of the throttle during use and only go to 95% throttle.

This only seems to happen when actually used and not just plugged in and resets when I plug them out and back in again.

Things I tried:

-Drivers are up to date.

-I disassembled the potentiometer unit and could not find anything out of the ordinary (no play in the gear or any other components, cables seem to be fine)

-plug directly into PC instead of USB Hub


So I am out of ideas. Does anyone know what could be the reason for this behaviour?
