Problem it csl elite wheel bases vibration

Hello, 

My Fanatec csl elite for ps4 and PC has the issue of not transferring the amount of vibration that's is normal. I tested that on the driver with the vibration test and it's far to low. And even in game it's notable. I know that it is not the right amount of vibration because I testet it with another one and there the vibration is much stronger. I allready installed a new driver and set the settings of shock to 100 on the wheel and everything else too. 

I really don't know what it is. If anyone knows something that could help me please write me!!
