Hey Saya,
does it happen right before or after you update the Base FW? Which driver are you on and which firmware are you trying to flash?
I assume it's no freeze.
The base reboots in Xbox Mode Affer a firmware update and you can see in the Pic that this is the case on your base (green light)
To do the center r calibration according to the manual you have to switch to PC mode and then calibrate the center by pressing the correct button combo or clicking the center r calibration button in the driver.
